I have the wind noise on my passenger side, tried everything to seal the fukcer but nothing has worked, in the end I just accept it. You can try one thing however, which pulls the window in tighter to the seal. At the bottom of the door there is a grommet, take that off to reveal a nut, untighten that, with your socket still on the nut force it (I say force but a controlled pull is a more appropriate description) pull it out towards the skin of the door, this helps bring in the glass at the top making a slightly tighter fit on the seal.
