Wind deflector - non oem

Anybody on here got one of these

I have the fabric one at the moment but was looking something more permanent and don’t really want to spend £300+ for the oem one

Hi Herbie33, yes I have and it works well but it is a bit of a bugger to fit as the don’t really come with any proper fitting instructions but easily doable once you’ve worked it out.

Hi all

I went and bought the wind deflector and thought I would share some installed photos, required a small bit of cutting on the plastic cover, not bad overall, better visibility than the OEM leather type and cuts down the buffeting

Looks a decent solution OP. Does it come off and fit in the boot if you want it to?

Got it on EBay but also available on Amazon for around £85

It’s easy to take off Just undo two bolts, it does fit in the boot just not as neatly as the OEM

I'm making one just waiting for the acrylic to arrive. Using my 3d printer to make the necessary brackets with leds. Should work out about £40
