Will these fit!!

Hi all,

Advice needed, details below from wheel suppliers website, can anyone please tell me for sure if they will fit my 2005 2.5i E85 currently on 18" staggered 108's ie no chance of rubbing etc.

Sized as 18" x 8" et35 front and 18" x 9" et40 rear.

The recommended tyre size for this set on a Z3/4 we would suggest 225/40/18 front with 255/35/18 rear.

They are fully polished fronts, any issues to consider??
 
As said & they tend to bubble from behind the lacquer with the least bit of marking so tend not to last as long as the conventional paint or powdercoat finish .
