will the roof go up off of the key fob?

My Dealer would not /could not set closing on fob Believe it's a safety issue .
Indies may set it and there is an add on kit to handle from a non OEM source

Had some work done on mine a couple months back, while they were in there (the computer) they programmed the key / roof thing for me (runs off the open / close buttons). Works really well - although a bit hit and miss from the back of the car, which is common I think.

You may want to check this thread - Autotech: £25 for autologic/codes etc

EdButler has programmed his roof remote buttons himself, I believe... he even considered bringing his laptop to North Wales to do others' for them.

You can add a Reinhold One Touch & Remote Modules to do it at the touch of a button, srhutch has one. Flashy 8)
