Will my extended warenty cover my brake pads?

I have a 2003 Z4 3.0 which I bought new. I got the extended warranty back when the original warranty was going to expire. I got both maintenance and the other for the entire car, up to 100,000 miles and now my brake pads light is on. Do you think it is covered? And how much would it normally cost if i didn't have the warranty (to have the dealer change the brake pads)?

Yep. If you have the extended maintenance warranty your brakes are covered. If you didn't have the warranty it'd probably cost $1k~$1.2k for parts (pads & rotors) and labor depending on how much the dealer wants to rip you off.

Thank God I got that warranty. It has saved me now both for oil changes and now brakes and some other minor issues. If I had to do it again I would definitely sign up for it. It has paid for itself. I know the dealer charges outrageous prices to fix things but I don't know or have the time how to fix things. :driving:
