Will it fit!?

I have a Herman Miller Aeron chair I need to transport, and the only working car I have is the Z. So, what are the chances it'd fit upside down on the passenger seat with the roof down?!

I think it will, maybe take the arms off if you can?

Issue is, the chairs location is annoying to get to by car, and I am not allowed to park near it! So it's a 20 minute round trip, to abandon the car on double yellows just to test it! Thought someone may have tried something similar.

I think the back comes off, then you can lower the arms and seat to the minimum, I reckon it'd fit then.
 
Looks like a very comfortable chair and worth the trouble. Have you no friends or family with bigger vehicles? :D
 
Oh aye, it's worth it. Of course, but it'd be out the way for all of them, I'm close by so could just do it. I'm going to try later I think!
 
Nah, just drop it in!

Ended up carrying it to my parking, bloody pain the size of it. Took the back off and the base was tight in the passenger seat, could barely change gear, but it’s all good
