Who is Steven Noon?

Hi everyone,

Can someone point me in the direction of a forum meber who's name is Steven Noon?

I received a payment from him through paypal when he had not informed me that he was going to send it, in the meantime I had sold an item elsewhere. I am happy to issue him a refund I just wanted to know who he is? I have not had any correspondance with him at all?

Indeed, there's a function on paypal to automatically refund a payment someone has sent you.

Im aware of the refund option on paypal. That's not the issue. I just want to know who he is... and why he sent me the money without even contacting me first?
