Ok ...
I think I've figured out how to post pics.

And I picked up a new camera cause the ol' Cannon would drain the AA Batteries after 3 or 4 shots and then shut down.
So much power needed for 2.1 megapixels !
I'll have to work on my photo skills cause the white seems to dominate and drown anything else ...

I'll read the manual later tonight.
In the meantime I'll share some poor interior shots just to give adamski a look see...

My local Starbucks. I don't even drink the stuff but I love the staff. SWMBO loves the cappuccino.
I always park in this loading spot cause there is no curb to scrub up against.

I picked up some storage and elbow support with this mod from Leather Z in the US. I could have ordered it with red leather but preferred the discrete look.

Last but not the least ...
You need a proper cap to protect your pate ..

A crappy pic of the salmon fly

First person to ID this Fly wins a free Molson's Canadian or Olands Moosehead ...Hell you win both !

I wasn't sure I was going to like the color combo before I opened the images, but the car looks right

the cap? I'm sure it does the job 8)

Nice hat, do you wear it reading an old book, probably out of circulation, I believe it was called "Fly Fishing", by oh now what was the authors name........ :)

Oh you have a copy, how wonderful...my name, yes it's

I should have expected to catch a few of you with the cap and fly.
The two iconic Canadian Beers were just tossed in there as chum.
Fly fishing from a book ???
What is that ?
It's Fly Fishing "Wading a Brook"
That's like telling someone how it feels to carve an apex at warp speed. Can't be done !

That cap and fly are worn in deference to my Grandfather. A great man and legendary sportsman.
He was a WW1 original of the 26th New Brunswick Battalion. One of just over a hundred who survived the duration.
He fought at Vimy Ridge which is considered the most significant battle in Canadian history.
The "Silver Doctor" which my photo smudgery butchered, was his favourite for tricking Atlantics and Eastern Brookies.

I honour him every time I don that cap and I wear it with utmost pride.

April 9 is the 95th anniversary of Canada taking Vimy Ridge.
That battle was a consolidation of the 4 Canadian Divisions and it is viewed as a coming of age for our country because prior to that battle we were a relatively small population spread over a vast landscape. After the victory we became a unified force to be reckoned with.

If you think about it on April 9 ..Please give a nod towards France in remembrance
Cheers John in Canada

You've prompted me to read more about that event. I am impressed and will definitely give that nod.
