Which Rocker Box Gasket. 2.0 4 pot.

Could anyone tell me which rocker box gasket is best to go for and any other bits I may need.
I have searched the forum and Elring seems to be mentioned, is this still the case. There’s also conflicting debates as to go dry, dab of RTV or blue Hylomar.
It’s a 2005 2.0 4 pot N46.

I thought I’d pop into the local BMW dealers this morning and pick up a rocker box gasket, well no wonder people call them main stealers. They wanted £106.01 for it, I declined and I think I’ll get one from e-bay or such like.

I went the eBay route - £33 for a good quality cam cover gasket and rubber washers.
