Hi, I’m having a nightmare with my E89 roof. It has a hydraulic leak above the drivers shoulder area, today I decided to investigate and discovered both hoses that go to the rear shell (the section that has the rear window) are leaking, I tried to make a temporary fix but this immediately failed spectacularly. So I now have managed to get the roof back up and want to order the replacement hoses. I know they are numbered but I did not notice any numbers when working on it and now dare not move the roof again. Can anyone help identify which hoses I need, recommend where to buy from (UK) and advise how they are removed from the piston and pump correctly. I had recently had a roof preventative maintenance job done and suspect these hoses could have been damaged when the old wiring was cut, I can’t prove this so want to price up doing it myself before getting a professional quote.
