Where is the tilt sensor?

My alarm goes off randomly not long after I've locked the car, unless I double press the key fob to disable the movement sensors. I've already replaced the bonnet switch to no avail, and the next thing is probably to try a new tilt sensor. I can't find a conclusive answer as to where it lives, as I've read that it's (a) buried deep under the boot somewhere, (b) that it's behind one of the speaker covers behind the seats, and (c) that it's behind the centre console CD storage bins. Has anyone replaced theirs and can confirm where it lives?

Thanks. I wonder then if b and c are both correct in my post, i.e., that maybe I could replace it by accessing it through the storage bin behind the seat. I will have a look.
 
Cannot access tilt sensor through storage bins behind seat, you need to remove rear centre console
