My 326s look in pretty good condition and they have almost new Bridgestones on the rear.
Hopefully they will sell pretty quickly so I don't have my wife asking awkward questions!
I did the 'man maths' thing with my wife when I recently bought new wheels. I paid £1,369.00 for the wheels, new tyres and new TPMS sensors. I sold the old 704M wheels and tyres (with TPMS fitted) for £1,000. I told the wife I made money!
This will be my plan also !
Did you sell the old wheels easily, or did it take some time?
Where is the best place to advertise?
I've not used EBay in years, once they upped the selling fees to 10%!

I bought my 295s on here and sold my 108s here too (pretty quickly) as I think they were both Z4 only styles.

I can only comment on 4)
3 years ago I changed my 19"s over to non run flats and it transformed the general drive. I had debated 18" wheels or increasing the profile front and rear to 40s and 35s respectively on the 19".
Bottom line is that the 19"s really look good so I went size for size non run flat Goodyear Asymmetric and have not looked back.
No more cringing when I run over bad road surfaces although I still frighten other drivers I'm sure when dodging pot holes 😅
