Hi All,

I am getting tyres put on my newly refurbed (Shadow chrome) 107 alloys tomorrow. Cant wait as i have standard 16's on at the minute. Just wondering though about jacking the car up. I have a jack but it has a round head bit and worried it would destroy those plastic blocks under the car where you jack it up. Any ideas what to do? I dont want to spend anymore money after going for goodyear F1's!

use a bit of 2" by 4" wood cut square !

But what about scissor jack? Any one used one of these?

They're a bit crap, make sure you chock the wheels etc. otherwise they like to fall over !but you'd need something (wood ?) for that too ?
