How long ago did you have your eibachs fitted without an allignement? Did the excess camber so cause wear on your tires?

The eibachs were fitted early summer i think, and when it had its MOT in December the guy doing the MOT noticed a little more tyre wear on the inside edge of the rear tyres. On the drive home today albeit only 14 miles of motorway the car instantly felt better and i know it could be a little bit of the placebo effect kicking in, but the steering does feel sharper.

Here are the results:-

£100.08 all in inc VAT. I waited patiently for 2 hours !..not bad considering i rang them at 11.30am and was booked in for 1pm on the same day !. I would say its worth having it doen providing you can get it at a decent enough price.

It was done by these guys
Nigel Lang's Garage, Bolton. 01204 392995 if you need it.

another update:

After a drive to work today in the wet, the rear tyres seem to have more grip, especially off the line. seems to handle a bit better as well.

well worth getting it done !
