Whats the best way to condition cracked leather?

My seats are cracking a little bit around the seams (see drivers seat below) and even on the steering wheel. I've tried Zymol cleaner/conditioner and TurtleWax leather care but both left smears that just needed cleaning off.. what should I use instead?

Can't see any 'cracks', but I can see the leather getting some perfectly normal age-related 'wrinkles'.

You'll never be able to get all the wrinkles out as it's down to the leather stretching with use - all you can do it minimise the damage by keeping it cleaned & fed. Although you could get them reconnollised to tighten them up, but I'd wait until they're a few years old with 50,000 miles on the clock, otherwise you'll be doing it every year.

Cracking looks like this...
