What's a pair of halogen lights worth?

How long is a piece of string.

I paid about £350 for an immaculate set of postfacelift clear indictor headlights this time last year.
They are approx £350 per side new, but more and more people are starting to fit the aftermarket AE ones which retail about £350.
At the end of the day they are worth whatever you can get for them but I wouldn't take less than £300.

I'd say something between £200 to £250.

I'd say they were worth that much each, extremely hard to get hold of without paying £700 a pair from BMW, the scrappers know this too.

the price for a pair of clear indicator headlights from dealers are £700! my valuation was based on what they sell for on ebay.

As long as they are in good condition i would say around £500 - infact when i come to sell my spare set i will be asking for this (I paid this price for them, as have quite a few others)

You could always open them up, install angels, seal up then sell for a higher price? I may do this if the demand is there

OP has not stated if they are clears or Gingers, would think you would get more for the clears. Reckon Gingers would be worth about the £200 mark.

good point Nosa, for some reason I assumed they were amber indicators.

the OP states from post facelift model, so price is higher then

Good question - does it make a difference Navid?

Can't see the car from here so whatever an 07 plate came with as standard I guess :)

the 3 ltr had chrome inners and smaller engines had black inners, no other difference as far as I know.

so, have you replaced yours with something else?

That sounds a bit high given a brand new set would be something like £700 less at leas 10% ffrom dealers.

I'd have thought £250 to £300 the pair. Of course xenon a lot more

That's what I thought! But when I was looking this was the price going

I think the problem is that there are plenty of pre facelift owners out there, but not many clears for sale
