Why don't you just contact the seller and ask? He must have a figure in mind after all this time, or maybe just not interested in whether he sells it or not.

Why...? I don’t want it. I’ve said it’s just a topic of conversation already.....wake up... :poke:
Well stop going on about it then!! First person to offer £25k get it. Don't obsess..... :poke:

It’s. Called. Conversation. It’s.What. You. Do. On. A. Forum. Capiche....???? :headbang:

Yes yes yes we know all that cobblers.....

I’m asking what you think it would need to drop to to sell it.....

That's a bit dismissive - as you have said it's (supposed to be) just a topic of conversation isn't it? :?

At the end of the day unless you have, or want, one like that you probably don't really care!

It's not like it's an MC! :fuelfire:

If it was an MC I wouldn’t have even seen it for sale as I filter them out on car selling sites Mr Tidy..... :poke:

You'd also have to budget for rod bearing shells, as that car will only ever have been used for short journeys from cold...and maybe the owner didn't know enough to ensure it was fully warmed up before taking it out for a Sunday blast :P

Worth 50p and a conker

That’s quite a sweeping statement based on the square root of precisely nowt....

For all anyone knows all its mileage might have been on journeys of plus 20 miles and have no issues with being warmed up thoroughly, might never have had a short journey in its short working life. :driving:

Ermmmmm...excuse me sir...begging your pardon, if I may, if that’s alright with you sir, might I be so bold as to suggest that perhaps the car in question has....well....perhaps it’s possible it ‘might’ have done all journeys of more than 20 miles sir...? Please do excuse me for being so bold and forward sir....I’ll go back under the stairs now sir and keep out of the way your lordship.

Better....? :idunno:

Sorry, the 'whoosh parrot' was simply to show that my effort at sarcasm/joke had gone over everybody's head

It was meant as a dig at all the scare-mongering on here about making sure your rod bearings are perfect, or that an Inspection hasn't been carried out 200 yards too late; or that non-BMW Start-marked tyres are fitted; or any one of the other 'dire warnings' we see on here.

Apologies to everyone if it wasn't seen in that context :voodoo:
