What three BMW will you have in your garage?

From the current models available, what top 3 BMW will you buy?

My selections are Z4sDrive35is (1st), 535i M Sport Saloon (2nd), and X6 M (3rd). :D

A colleague at head office won a lottery jackpot of £2m (Wednesday draw) and bought a brand new Aston Martin DB9S, but the car went back to dealer just after drivng few miles because of ECU problem, the loan car was Rapide.

Don't like any of them enough to buy new - however, I could be tempted by a year or two old M1-series.

Id like an M6, the latest M3 GTS (preferably not in orange) and an X6 M. All 3 cars would be white if the M3 GTS is available in that colour.

Can you now only buy M3 GTS, not the Competition Pack in UK? What are the differences between two?

I think I will have a Deep Sea Blue Z4sDrive35is, Space Grey 535i M Sport, and Carbon Black X6 M.

I don't know what the difference is between the M3 GTS and the competition pack sorry. I only picked the GTS as i presume it's the best road going M3 money can buy at present, but i'm sure someone with more knowledge than myself will correct me on that one. Presuming this thread is a money is no object "What three BMW will you have in your garage?" why would you choose a 535i M Sport rather than an M5?

I wouldn't buy three. I'd go for a new Z4 and a decent 5 series for shopping etc. I have no need for a 4x4, and anyway some of the smaller 4x4 crossovers I think look ridiculous (X1 and X6 in my opinion). If I had to have a 3rd BMW I'd have to go for an older one - a Z8. Best looking BMW ever built in my humble opinion.

A zed, a X5 and a M3, I did a track day at thruxton and I did 3 laps with Tiff Needle, OMG what a car, that V8 sounds amazing when its being thrashed :D

You won the FifthGear competition? I like the M3 Saloon with M-DCT.

from the current range, 760 Li M Sport, then, well, nothing else really
although it probably wouldn't fit in my garage

I'm going to hijack the thread by ignoring the words "current models" in the OP's question, and then respond:
507 TS 1956-1959
E26 M1 1978-1981
E31 850csi
Of the current models I would not buy any. Maybe in 5 years' time, when they have become the "old" models. :poke:

X2, I can honestly say that there is not a single car BMWs current range never mind 3 that I want, they have nothing that has the wow I must have one of those that the E85 had when I first saw it.

Current styling of the entire range is boring and unimaginative, but they will sell bucket loads because they are a BMW.

Can I keep the Z4MR too? If so, M3 GTS, 1 Series M Coupe when released, and maybe an X3 for occasional towing duty.

i think i am with you on this, maybe an X5 but there isn't a BMW in my lottery wish list at all !

Like many have already said, the current BMW range really isn't the eye candy that it once was (Bangle was a genius)

I would have to take the new Z435is, M3 Coupe, and X6 (need to tow the boat and motorbikes somehow). If only the M6 had some sharper lines...

First ... M3 .... Second .... M3 and Third .... M3

if it was not for the RFT and HPFP my choices might be different

wait .... I don't think it will be a BMW again ... hope some BMW Marketing guy reads this
