Most of those Chav Chariots and their fart cannons produce more noise than HP. They seem to think it makes them go faster...

I dont like to rise to the bait :evil: but sometime it is fun to play with these idiots and show them that no matter how much noise their fart can exhausts make, and regardless of how much bass their 18" mega woofer boom boxes generate - their cars will not go any faster than the man at Peugot intended.
In fact, their viper striped, neon underlit, lowered, fart resonating, illegally xenon bulbed chav chariot is more than likely a 1.4 petrol bucket that has no tax, no MOT and probably isnt insured - so shouldnt be on the road

I had a similar experience on this side of the pond with a guy in a fart can equipped Honda Civic. the dude was riding my ass on the highway at 60mph so I floored the SI. As you know, its like the Enterprise going into warp drive. I level out at 75 mph, and I see the guy in the Civic chugging along to catch up. When he does finally pull alongside, I repeat it and take off again to 90 mph. In my mirror, i can see buddy having a conversation with his engine room. They are probably saying "Captain, she canna take much more of this, sir!" But anyway, along he comes. At this point, I decide thta he can have the speeding ticket and let him blow by. Besides, I couldn't see through the smoke he was emitting to drive safely at any speed....... 
Was next to a lotus at the traffic lights in town - both parties gently moved off with minimal engine noise!

I've had several go faster sales reps in their TDi's ( which to be fair are pretty rapid up to 110) drive 3" from my bumper expecting me to pull over, so I drop down a couple and floor it and watch them disapear in my mirror up to about 20 mph short of the limiter then slow down to normal speed. By then they've backed off and don't tend to try to get by again.Plebs. I know I shouldn't bite, and just let them by, but there's a principle!!!!Poverty spec Audi's are the worst.
Just brake check them. It discourages all those dadsmobile tailgaters. :evil:
If someone tailgates me on the motorway an inch off my bumper, I gently slow down to 70 (...ehem...kph of course ), and when I can move into the middle lane and slip into third gear. Just when they draw level and think they might pass me, I show them what happens between 5 and 8,000rpm :evil:
