What rear tyres?

I'm after 2 new tyres for the rear, I've currently got Falken ZE912's all round and I've found them "OK" - although not as good as my mk1 Focus on Eagle F1's (admittedly 17". These seem to have been replaced by the ZE914's which work out at £280 for the pair fitted.

Other suggestions would be good, I know the Ultrac Sessantas are favoured on here. Would these be OK paired with the Falkens on the front?

Standard 18/255/35.

Budget is around £300 - just had to fork out for an inspection 1 with new bushes, rear discs and pads and a top cover gasket to buy. :headbang:

Bridgestone potenza s001 - have them fitted this spring, replacing old potenza re050a
And definatelly they are even better.. far more better for road conditions - the grip is excellent, wear is also ok, they dont need as much heat as the re50a.
The only drawback is that they seem not to grip at all in temperatures under +10 celsius deg. But if you use winter tyres thats not a problem.

Just fitted Toyo Proxes T1-Sport all round. Really pleased, and good price too. Well under £300 for a pair of rears - Ears, Macclesfield. :)
