What midlife crisis

Hi all,

I've been lurking for a week now and its about time I introduced myself.
For the past year I have been living like a recluse to save for a Bmw S1000rr sportsbike.
My doctor has now informed me that i need an operation on damaged cartillage in my knee so the bikes on the back burner.

I had one of those 'senior' moments as you do (at 47 years young ), and I decided that I would still have a Bmw that had blue in it, with 200bhp but with an extra set of wheels.

Now the proud owner of my first Z4. She's a 2011 23i M Sport Highline edition in deep sea blue.

I cannot stop grinning which is rare for us Yorkshire chaps I'll tell thee.

Looking forward to more lurkiness and being part of the group.

Steve

Very nice - love the blue colour   . But the light interior would scare me everytime I (or a passenger) got near it :o . I'd start seeing dirty marks whether they were there or not...
Enjoy the great new ride, should be a blast.

E bye gum welcome t thee forum lad. Sweet looking Zed there, I do like a nice blue

Hi Steve, there's quite a few of us with bikes as well as a zed-they seem to hold a strong appeal to bikers
