What kind of paint to touch up seat brackets

What kind of paint to touch up seat brackets ?
After getting my carpets on my e86 like new & new oem mats, the brackets the seats are on are a bit scraped and could do with a little touch up, I’m unsure what paint to buy ? I seen satin black but if any advice or a tried and tested one that be great ?

I used satin black on my old seat runners and it looked perfectly fine.

What grease would you use on the runners? My passenger seat seems to need a bit of something on it. I was planning on using white lithium.
