What Jack & Tyre Spanner?

Hi Guys,

Ive bought a space saver for longer journeys incase I get a flat as I'm now runing Falken 452s but I'm also gong to need a jack and tyre spanner to be able to get a flat wheel off.

I've measured the nuts and they are 17mm, will any old Jack and tyre spanner do or is there a preferance on here?

Final question, I was hoping to put my compressor & tyre weld down by the battery as a lot on here seem to do, however there seems to be something there (see picture). What is this and can I remove it as it's screwed in and looks to have a cable/wire going somewhere.

Im sure thats the amplifier. And i got a jack from an E46, as they use the same jacking point blocks. Plus get a plastic coated 17mm socket, and a breaker bar, or even a telescopic breaker bar if you want a compact one.

I have a conti tyre pump and glue from a Ford Focus ST. Works very well, and not like these cheap pumps that wont get past 20psi
