What is your opinion of the new Walnut leather colour option

I think it looks quite unique with a touch of exoticness in the photos - more exciting in a sea of beige and off-white colours BMW traditionally offer. Appears like an orangey-brown. Anyone seen it in real life?

A friend of mine has Cinnamon leather on his 1 series coupe and it looks amazing. I would describe it as orangey-brown. Not so sure you would describe Walnut as orange though... I think Walnut is a bit lighter in colour...

I think it looks ok, I have seen one on the AUC site - Alpine white and Walnut- it looks subtle.

Why do they call it Walnut? looks nothing like the colour of Walnut, well maybe the sap part,,

Sorry off topic

It looks a bit light for me, the E85 Saddle Brown seats were darker and they looked a bit better. Think it might look better with a black centre console.

A bit 1980's sports car but looks OK especially with the white car.

Still can't get to grips with that M Sport rear bumper though! Too much going on in the design? :?

Agreed. That silver console cover always looks a bit "cheap" to me. A bit Chrysler Crossfire! Personal taste I guess.

That looks more like a light saddle brown. Maybe hickory. In the US, we tend to think of walnut as very dark brown, almost black.

I think walnut looks better than coral red, but it has to match with right exterior colours, not with white for sure.

Thought it would make a nice sporty combination with sapphire black.

Should look nice. Mine's sapphire black with the saddle brown. A little lighter brown would look very nice.

Yep think you're right there, I love the white interior but would be concerned about it long term. I'd choose this over the red interior.
