What Finish On Seats?

I'm looking at getting a leather restoration kit from Furniture Clinic to spruce up my bolsters, the product in question is this:

My question is, should I get Gloss, Matt, Satin, Semi-Gloss or Semi-Matt finish?

The company match the Dream Red colour, so that's not a problem. I just want to know what would be best to match the interior of my seats!

I bought a kit from them that contained both gloss and matt. I tried matt but its to matt so will mix half and half with gloss and try again. Depending on what repair you are doing it will be a bit of trial and error even if you order a specific colour like I did. Think I received about ten bottles, base colour the various colours to lighten and darken and the cleaners and top coats.
