what did santa bring this year

Best Xmas present... A house.

Santa delivered the deeds to a 3 bed semi.

My decision now is do I move into it, or do I rent it out?

not sure how old you are but it sounds like you still live at home with the parents? when i was 21 i bought my first townhouse and only moved out recently, when i was 26 and my brand new condo was ready... i know 26 was late to move out but i got along well with my parents and was in no big rush.

i'm now 27 and own 3 properties which is a good start and all because i bought early and rented it out for 5 years collecting money...

i would recommend that to anyone with the available cash and time.
