Nope, it's called amarone I believe. Coupled with ruby black it's probably my favourite combination.

the passenger door looks atotally different colour, it must be the light

Totally agree with you RE Ruby Black combo.

I went to see a silver one with Amarone and I dont remember it being this dark.. Maybe I've just forgotten!

The stock photo is also useless!

Think it's amarone. Looks a lot darker in the pic but I think that's Dur to the lighting. Look at the door card. It shows the difference in lighting.

I think amrone looks class, and agree with comments about perfect combination with black.

Reminds me of red wine :)
 
Almost bought a ruby black with extended Amerone when they first came out but jct600 wouldn't let me test drive their demonstrater! Bought a pro drive rx8 instead.
 
Yup, certainly Amerone.

I have it with the piano dash, think it looks great & adds a certain extra but of class
