What are these four clips for behind the seats?

Just completely removed my seats to thoroughly clean and renovated them.
I noticed these four plastic clips of the shelf behind them. They look like something can clip into them. What are they?

That’s correct there’s a rod on the bottom of the net that clips into them

I have never figured out how to get mine to actually stay in situ

I can either have it hooked in to the spots by the rear quarter windows or clipped in to the referenced clips!

Hi

The lower clips were hard to push in, I moved the seats forward to get leverage.

Hold net upside down, rod up/elastic down.
Put hooks at ends of elastic into holes in quarter panels.
Rotate until rod along net is in line with slots on bulkhead.
Tap rod into each slot with rubber*mallet/hammer.

*I didn't have one, so used a 2lb hammer ... carefully.

Useful for the mice to play tennis with IME.
