Wet Wet Wet :( help

So my old girl is my daily driver so has to put up with it what ever the weather!!
I have a leak.... I haven't investigated it yet but thought I'd see if anyone else has had this and how to fix it before I go guns blazing ripping off interior :evil:
Here's a lovely picture of the area, as you can see its leaking from the door seal??? But how? All my seals look good!

This is her daily hang out behind my work office, when its dry she gets covered in dust and when it rains she's a shade of light brown splashed up the side :( need a daily banger but I don't want her to be a garage queen!

Check my thread In the problem forum. I'm having similar problems. Someone has posted pics of the area that will be causing you the problem.
 
That looks like its running down from the door/sill kick plate .......might be either the door rubber seal or more likely the door membrane behind the door trim.
Its also worth checking / cleaning the roof drain tubes too
 
Well I'll be p1$$ed if its the door membrane as BMW wellsway fitted a new one when replacing the drivers side lock mechanism!! It only does this with heavy rain which is aiming/blowing at the drivers side. May have it apart Friday afternoon and post my findings!!

cant help with the problem but your old girl is sat lovely and low - looks almost like it should be on airbags! :thumbsup:

Shes sterling grey, i think the HDR thing on my iphone may have altered the colour abit (i no nothing about cameras). Possibly the lovely grey sky may have affected it too, plus i bet there isn't alot of people who take pictures of there zeds in the rain so you'll see most in the sun light.
