Wet Grip / Handling Day at Rockingham Raceway - be quick!

The Alpina Register are looking to hold another one of their superb wet grip days at Rockingham on Saturday 3rd October 2009. :D

There are just a few places left and are available on a first come, first served basis. :o

With winter rapidly approaching this is a superb chance to find out how your car handles in low grip situations. :cry:

Is there still spots for this? Whats the latest I can register? If my car makes it here and I get everything else paperwork wise squared away I think I'd be willing to do this.
 
This is EXACTLY what I'm after but it's sooooooooooooooo bloody far away, 400miles and 7+hrs.

Does anyone know of facilities like this any further north?

(sorry for the hijack, but I've been looking out for something like this since buying my Z4 in December last year...)
 
Hi,

Looking at the thread I think there may still be a few slots left, get in touch with Neil (the organiser) on the Alpina Register for definite confirmation.

It's a 350 mile / 6 hour round trip from here, but I'm happy to do it. I'll be travelling up the night before, staying nearby and going in to Rockingham for the morning session. Nothing like a good tail out, sideways slide to sharpen the morning senses..!!! :lol:
 
The idea of travelling down, doing a session, then getting rat-arsed on a few beers and kipping in a hotel are very much being considered :lol:
