I've just had my oil inspection service and brake fluid done costing £270 with VAT which is stiff, but actually not THAT much more than I was quoted by two local Indi's. Car was cleaned including with proper roof cleaner by the look of it, and from past experience with warranty work on my Cooper S I'm confident that they are very competent.
Then the receptionist get to the health check recommendations,"all clear" (amazing from a stealer) "except the washer bottle filter is getting blocked, shall I book it in? it will be an hours labour"
I'm guessing I'll manage it as a 20 min DIY job, but I'd still recommend them if you want dealer servicing as I've used them for about 10 years on BMW and Minis with no complaints.
