Seems a few members in the area, so lets organise a meet. 25th July for 7:30 to 8pm . Decent car park with seating . Food available for those passing by on their way home from work.

Really sorry OP, but I'm not going to be able to come along on Thursday. :(

My Z4 went into the garage today as it needs a couple of jobs done, the crucial one being a new Air Con condenser, and it isn't likely to be ready until Friday.

Mind you I wouldn't have wanted to use it with no A/C this week! :o
 
No problem Mr Tidy. Will be heading out for a sunny drink with Mrs TJ anyway, so anyone wants to join in, then please do :thumbsup:
 
I was coming to this, but my starter decided it had enough on Monday morning and now I can't really start my car. If I manage to change it tomorrow morning (will wake up at 5am to do this, too hot otherwise), I'll come along with my girlfriend. :)
 
Awesome . Want to have a look at the car, especially the paint job (secretly without the mrs looking :wink: )
You can always park on a hill :D
 
Not a problem guys and gals. We can arrange another time to suit. Is anyone going to get there , as suspect we will got for a couple anyway ?
 
Apologies but I won't be able to make it there today. I've just finished installing my starter motor and by the time I get going I would get there too late. But I'll try my best to come to the next one, and I know of other two E86 owners that live near me that would probably come along.

There is the White Lion Antiques, Near Hartley Witney, meet on Sunday morning for a mixture of cars and a decent fry up breakfast , but an early start , as you need to be in by 8am to get a spot !! :driving:

I've stopped going to the White Hart as they are a bit sniffy letting you in if you don't have a 'classic'

I used to get in with my 6 month old Westfield. The guy said to me ' one thing' , I said' what, you dont like modern cars ?' He said ' no, not at all, they are great, just leave making some noise ' :driving:

I should have added I'd definitely be up for another date - and no, I didn't get my Z4 back today. :(

But at least my 3 Series has working A/C! :D

Cheers Andy :thumbsup: Yes, no idea on who that was. Maybe we can put a thing up in spotted ( at least 4 times in 30 mins ) :D
Will sort a date out. Maybe a Wednesday next time ( unless I get hands up saying that doesnt work) due to my son starting back at Tae Kwondo on a Thursday again, means we loose a dog sitter :)

I think it's just about keeping the numbers down, It was packed down there earlier in the year. The car park and the field were full and people were still arriving!
