Weird Noise after changing coil pack

Hey every one,

I changed all my Ignition Coil packs with the following items this weekend..

I thought it looked an easy job so thought I would change them... all changed ok but when I start my car I get a weird noise in the engine bay
The noise quietens when you get about 25mph. Just wondering if any has had this problem before or what it is? Is that car safe to drive?

Took the car to the garage to, the noise was the water pump. Got it replaced for £113 including labour. Just a coincidence that it happened when changing ignition coils.
