waterlogged carpets

my carpets on passenger side are getting soaked i have found water coming out of pollen filter housing,anyone had this problem

Yes,has been known, if the last person/garage dpesnt correctly refit the polen filter/housing then it can leave a gap that water gets in from the bulkhead, apparently....just need to make sure the housing is fitted 110%. hope this helps

by the pollen filter housing is this the complete heater box and why would anyone remove it
