Water Leak in Boot

Hi Folks,

any idea where water can be getting in, I lifted the boot carpet to find 1/2" of water in the battery tray

Carpet appears quite dry though :thumbsdown:

Is it related to blocked drain holes? There is some info on about how to clear them out.
