Water in the rear sub enclosure?

I went out this morning to give the car a good clean inside. Moving the passenger seat forwards I noticed water droplets in the rear sub enclosure. My heart sank as I know the navigation / CD changer is situated just next to it but luckily the enclosure is covered by a plastic surround which would stop anything seeping through. Ended up taking it out and it was dried out fairly quick so hopefully no damage done.

Strangely though, the drivers side was fine and there was no water in any of the footwells / carpets. Has anyone else had this problem? All searches bring up people having wet footwells but nothing relating to water in the sub enclosures.

The roof drains and the drain underneath the windscreen were all recently cleared out so I'm guessing it must be a leak in the roof - must be coming in at a pretty odd angle though to end up in the enclosure without getting anywhere else?

Gone out this morning and it's full of water again. The carpet behind the passenger seat is slightly damp too. Hosed the car down hoping I'd be able to see where it was coming in but nothing.

Doubt it's the door membrane as the water wouldn't flow upwards and collect in the cubby hole. The seals around the top of the windows seem fine, certainly didn't spot any leaks when I hosed it down anyway.

Think I'll have to book it in at my indy this week but I'm a bit stumped as to what they can do to narrow it down that I haven't!
