warranty direct question

I've had a quote from WD for my RS at £835. After speaking to them for the first time the price dropped to £710 but obviously "as it was such a good deal they could only keep the quote for 24 hours" to quote the sales agent. I've heard that if you wait the price keeps dropping. Has anyone here got a good deal from them & how long did you hold out for? Any advice welcome.

That price is pretty good. Is that the fully comp, repairs at a BMW dealership no excess? Last quote I got from them was nudging £1000 and the BMW insurance backed warranty was slightly cheaper.

I'd play them and Mondial (the BMW one) off against each other.

Dont think you will find BMW will budge an inch on price.

Really? The advice on the forum when I bought mine was that they were negotiable :?
