Hello, hope someone can assist me please. I was driving my 2007 coupe and had to break suddenly on some gravel a few days ago. Since then I have got 4 warning lights permanently on. They are the red warning light (same as when you leave the hand break on),the yellow ABS light is on, the DSC/DTC light is on yellow and the the yellow run flat indicator is on.
Anyone got any ideas please, really can't afford a trip to the dealers.
Any help would be very much appreciated, many thanks,
Nigel

Any red warning light tells you that you shouldnt be driving the car. Amber lights are an advisory.

Could be a fault with the breaking system and you should get it checked out asap. Get a cheapie code reader off ebay and see what the codes are.

You may have gotten a bit of gravel lodged somewhere that is obstructing the ABS sensor at one of the wheels. The owner's manual says it's OK to drive carefully with the red brake light on when in combination with ABS and DSC lights.

That sounds logical, there were no issues until I skidded on the gravel.
Is it something I can resolve myself ?(bearing in mind I'm next to useless when it comes to mechanics)

As bcworkz has said, likely to be an issue with a rotation pulse sensor. I had a sensor break on my car.

If it's gravel, take each wheel off and have a look around with a light at each sensor for any stones causing obstruction....

Many thanks for the advice, one more question, when I get the wheels off what does the sensors look like. Sorry

Nigel,

where are you based as someone near might run diagnostic software DIS v57 and clear codes
