WANTED: Z4C any colour or swap to buy or swap for a Monaro

Hi guys, i joined a while ago when i was looking for a Z4c, at the time i had an M3 i was selling to fund buying a z4, once it was sold i got distracted by a gorgeous Holden Monaro, it was an itch i needed to scratch and is an amazing car! But now i cant get away from the fact i was looking for a Z4c and never got my hands on one!

So... the Monaro has found itself up for sale through no fault of its own, i cant think of a 'genuine reason for sale' there is honestly nothing wrong with it, its just i work for a BMW specialist and atm my only BMW is a track car! i need a z4c in my life!

So anyway, the Monaro is up for sale, hopefully wont hang around too long although its not a problem if it does, when its gone ill be looking for a Z4c, so if anyone is planning on selling in the not too distant future please feel free to contact me, id like to have options for when the Monaro sells to relieve the stress a little!

I would be looking for a coupe either sport or SE but must have proper seats, thats pretty much my only requirement, everything else i can retrofit at my leisure should i feel the need. Im not too fussy on colour however not keen on cream interior (i cant keep it clean!)

So if you're thinking of selling soon please let me know, or if you have a Z4c and fancy a swap or deal of some sort with a Monaro let me know!

Looks like a dated Calibra to me :? each to their own but i can see why you want to switch it for a E86
Be patient , good cars come along both online & on forum so be ready & in the meantime i would view & testdrive at least 3 to get a vibe on what's what as they are now over 10 yrs old & no matter the miles some are better than others

Got really excited when I read the topic header - then I saw the colour.

Shame because while I have no need of a Monaro, the idea of an N/A petrol V8 with RWD and RHD is very appealing!

Forgot to subscribe to my own thread so missed the replys! Cutters does it automatically :? My bad.

A few people have said the same, i personally loved the Calibra when i was growing up! they just never put a proper engine in one so this was ideal!

as for test drives i work as a BMW specialist technician so i will instantly know a good one from a bad one... in theory! Im not scared of miles at all, im well aware that higher miles cars have far fewer problems than lower ones, i see it daily when im questioning why BMW still bother with 4 cylinder engines... But at resale time it (i really hate this) its the only thing most people are concerned with and why i had to let my gorgeous, problem free, completely sorted M3 go so cheaply!

Its still mega appealing to me! every time i drive it people are turning heads and explaining to their kids what it is, and the traffic jam smiles from the fairer sex is a bonus too!

Annnnd..... Yellow is what made me want it most!

I'm based in north Bristol near the m32. I think it'll still be around for a while, I've not advertised it anywhere but the forum :)

I picked the Monaro up from Bath when i bought it so not too far away from you! I think it would look nice in your garage a little bit of sunshine!
