Wanted: Z4 Coupe

Firstly like to introduce myself, I have been a daily visitor to this forum for the last 6 or so months and had my eye out for a Z4C for quite a while now. Originally I was looking at a Nissan 350z, but once I came across the Z4, my mind was made up. I am being patient waiting for the right one.

A few specifics that I am looking for: 3.0 Coupe, black, piano black or leather style dash, any interior except the all black. When it comes to wheels, I am not keen on the multi spoke type (apologies for not knowing the name), love the CSLs, and the ones in this post (http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=31050&p=419394#p419394), which I realise I am not likely to get already on the car.

As I write this, I have noticed a Z4MC on Autotrader, and due to it being very close to me, I am tempted. I know it is difficult to give opinions just based on the advert, but any thoughts on this appreciated (hope the link works): http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201302205427821/sort/default/usedcars/body-type/coupe/colour/black/model/z4/make/bmw/onesearchad/used/onesearchad/nearlynew/onesearchad/new/page/2/radius/1500/postcode/e16bt?logcode=p

Welcome to the world of the Z , sure you made a wise choice in the 350 to ZC decision .
Now thoughts on your linked car ? Very nice but you indicate you were looking for a Z4c 3.0 ? this is the 3.2M & is a slghtly different prospect  ie it's a raucous high performance car that will cost quite a bit more to run & maintain  but will give you a huge buzz whenever you turn the key .
It is a keen price with moderate mileage & decent spec but interior is black ? which you didn't want ?
happy searching & feel free to post any possibles

A friend at work is thinking of selling his 3.0Si coupe. Dark blue, all the toys, auto with paddles and only 16000 miles on the clock. I keep trying to persuade him to join the forum but no joy so far...

Have you seen this?

Wheels are the easiest thing to change on a car but this car is well spec'd looks awesome..

Or have you seen this one up for sale....

Has the same wheels that you stated you wanted too...

I am in no way linked to the sale of this car either....ahem....

Thanks for the info. Yes, I realise it was an M but it is rare one comes up that local, so it tempted me, but it is probably just out of my price range.

Couple of questions, what is the difference between a 3.0SI and a 3.0SE? Is there a thread that details the typical service schedule and the normal costs associated with the services?

Thanks for bringing this one to my attention, it is quite a distance from me, but I guess if I find one with the spec I want then I should consider a long journey.

Man, I like them wheels. Unfortunately, black is a must for me though.

here's mine - kept hold of it in the end as I found a house with a garage, although a recent change in employment means I may be tempted to sell. based in Cambridgeshire/Lincolnshire; let me know if you're interested.
