*WANTED* used quad exhaust or recommend a place in newcastle

hi all,
i have a 04 3.0i and looking to get a quad conversion. but looks like most of the tuning places are down south. i live in newcastle upon tyne and if anyone could point us to a tuning place in the northeast that would be brilliant.
or
if you have a exhaust system for sale let us know.

Wherever you go do your research, as a straight through muffler system may cause a drone effect.

Cheers for the info. What kind of quad exhaust have you got?

In short I had two attempts on mine - in the end I had a custom made three pass muffler made, which I have done over 1500 miles on with no 'drone' issues. The first system was 'off the shelf' straight through mufflers which produced too much noise/drone

Ive got a quad exhaust for sale... its JDMs old one as detailed here:

Its properly sorted and ready to bolt straight on. I live up in Edinburgh but can drop it off in Newcastle next week if you like, as I'll be passing that way anyway. :)

I got my quad done at Longlife and they have stores all over the country I believe. You can see the pipes in the posted forum thread above - I must take a sound clip of the pipes!!!

I had my first one done at Longlife birmingham - real case of banging on two mufflers and me handing over the cash - in short it was crap and loud

I take it your happy with yours? do you have a pic of the setup?

nice to see another zed in newcastle. my mate has just got a custom exhaust last month on his 3 series. il throw him a text and find out where
 
there is powerflow on scotswood road and longlife in ashington :) he used longlife for his bimmer and was happy with it
