http://www.roadstersolutions.com based in the US. They do a perspex wind deflector for the E89 for $245 + postage + customs charges.
I used them just over a year ago for my 2004 E85 and found them very helpful.
An alternative is http://www.justroadster.com which offers clear or tinted wind deflectors for the E89 for £124.90p inc. postage. These are fitted using clear straps which to me looked awful.
