WANTED - Near side Chromatic Mirror

Hi guys, the glass in my M's nearside mirror fell out earlier today.

I'm looking for either the glass unit, or the complete unit if someones breaking their Z4 or happens to have one of these lying around.

This is the first auto dimming mirror I've heard about falling out.

Bad news, thought mine were safe. :cry:
 
One of mine is a bit sluggish at dimming, so I asked the dealer how much a replacement costs - £300!! They occasionally come up on ebay, but still not cheap
 
Going abit of topic but how do you know if you have chromatic wingmirriors? I have the wing mirror package on the extra list I have noticed one of my mirrors is clear while the other one is blue so I'm assuming one has fell of in the past.but which one ??
 
Chromatic are auto dimming. The blue tint is just a colour BMW use, but not chromatic necessarily.
