Hi Flimper,
Just a standard one which will enable me to use my iPod in my car. I don't require steering wheel functions or anything fancy. Wouldn't mind having some sort of mount, I have a business cd system with 6 cd changer (which doesn't seems to work) in the car, so one which will work with what I have.

You could buy a cheap one like mine just plug the dive into the cigaret lighter plug it into the headphone jack of the iPhone/iPod set the device to what ever radio station is on in the car and press play on your iPod it's cheaper in the U S I think cheapest if seen is like 15-20$ here
