Try a bodyshop or a smart repair mobile guy, I had mine buffed and they look like new.
Or do what I did and do it yourself using a kit from someone like autoglym.
Just need a drill! Took me under and hour to get decent looking lights. If I'd have been bothered to spend longer then they'd probably look perfect
