If you paid more than £50 labour, your being robbed. They will undo the track rod end from the hub and just unscrew the arm. Thinking about it, replace the track rod end aswel.

Not sure about the detail tbh. I know it needs tracking though. No idea about the wishbone but he didn’t mention it so I’m guessing it’s ok.

How does £45 posted, including 2 new OEM inner tie rods sound? Don't have any spare outers to offer, and my E46 rack came with new BMW inner rods that I didn't use as I'd changed mine a few months prior.
Got some new dust boots you can have too, again came with the refurb E46 rack and not needed!
