Wanted - Cruise Control Stalk

Looking for a Cruise control stalk to go on the first Zed.
I noticed a lot in the CC threads have said they have them lying about and never get chance to fit them so I suppose its worth an ask before buying one for £130 on eBay.

Possibly cheaper than £130 from dealer, try scrappies too. Check the loom is present first, if not you'll need one to install.

FWIW OP if your car is a facelift you will definitely need some wiring as well.

But "srhutch" has been known to them up for tohers on here so you could pm him.

Mine has been fitted for about 4 years now (2003 car) and I'm sure it was £70 ish new from a BMW dealer.......have they gone up that much?

I believe so, and the cowl is a ridiculous price for what it is.

Had SRHutch fit mine, he even ordered the CC stalk for me as well. I think it was £120 from BMW. I drove to his house and he fitted it from start to finish while I drank tea and ate his bacon rolls

I've already bought the loom from srhutch, just after the stalk now! I have tried a few scrappies but need to speak to a dealer next. Any Idea which I best around the Lancashire way?

You could always try the usual - Sopers of Lincoln. They give a forum discount and post for free.

And as someone said you don't need the cowl, just cut yours as the position is marked on the inside.

Soper want around £105 for the stalk all in. There was another dealer selling a couple of quid cheaper, but not sure if that included carriage or not.
