Hi, have driven both? They are very different cars. 35is is in a different league. Both are good, i have owned both, but they are chalk and twin turboed cheese. :)
 
And you are missing the 35i from the list as well which sits in between.

Partly determined on whether you want a manual gearbox as that is only available in the 3.0 and 35i versions.
 
My 30i is for sale but I've just had a major service done and am now leaning toward using it over the Summer while my old Porsche is being restored. Personally I love the manual box (and I've had various PDK/DCT before).
