Ive also been eying a set for a while - hoping to get a set in Feb, 18s though..
Try these guys (based in Kent), they by far gave the most competitive quote when i was looking. They also have a section which explains off set etel...

. I guess you'd buy 19's to fit E46 M3 CSL. Not cheap though, £2,000 with a decent set of tyres. 
Wow, thanks for the kind compliments everyone! Like all of you it seems, I'm really not a fan of black wheels either if you can believe it. :?
Buying the wheels in the first place was a process drawn out for months. I think the stock ///M wheels just look fantastic on the car (maybe the best stock wheels on a car ever?), and I was having a hard time justifying the price as well as if they would even look good on the car in the first place. I just hoped with the black grills/seats/carbon dash, everything would gel. I wasn't even sure when I first saw the wheels in the boxes if it would work, and I contemplated sending them back. I decided to go ahead and have them installed, and was sooooo happy when I first saw them.
Sure the look probably isn't for everyone, but personally I can't be happier with the outcome. I've received so many compliments about them, and it's cool to be looking out the window of a restaurant or something and see people bend down to get a close look at them hehe.
