Wanted: backbox for 2006 e85 2.5si

Many thanks for the post.
Does it seem in decent condition and does it need welding to the centre section or just standard clamping? was told by BMW and others that the centre section and rear sections (both with silencers) came as one expensive part.
If it's genuinely usable and straightforward enough to attach, I'd be happy to take it off your hands for the £30.

Backbox seems to be in a good state, all I have done is give it a wash since getting it from Jamie. However had decided to mod my original backbox instead of his. Hence this one is still in a fully oem state. It will need to be welded on, as all boxes would on a standard exhaust.
Happy to let it go for £30 collection, I'll have to have a think about posting though. As I'm not sure I'll fancy the time/effort (as I'm about to move abroad, and heaps of things to do/organise).

Unfortunately I have decided against sending the backbox off. Firstly because shipping would most likely be about £20. But secondly because it would cost me more time and effort to ship it off to you, than that I have room for at the moment.

Are you still after a backbox? I've just replaced my DLV modified back box with a quad, it's off a 2006 coupe which I think will fit a 2.5(if I'm wrong I'm sure someone will say) £70 collected,

Hello lawman, the DLV is the name of a forum member on here who used to exchange your back box with one of his modified ones (plus a £££ his way) they give a deeper sporty sound by removing some baffles or some sort of witch craft, I'm sure there's a few clips on here, it came from my coupe, a 3.0 si. Here's a couple of pics
